When you place an order for a product in any of these ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.
When you place your order online we will automatically send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If the product is available we will send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped, otherwise we will contact you either by email or telephone is any item is unavailable and suggest an alternative item.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT:
We try to keep sarahzaaraz.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we can’t supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount you debited by us
Fabrics & Embroidery
Most of our items are hand embroidered therefore fragile. Due to the nature of the work the beading may get displaced with time which should not be considered as a fault and postage cannot be claimed in exchange or refunds.
Majority of the fabrics used are very fragile. These garments should be treated with care. Extra care would be needed to embroidered items therefore they should be dry cleaned only.
Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed, they should be washed separately. We cannot be liable for any damage due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
